Shipping Policy

All in stock items ship out in 1-3 business days, using a default shipping method of USPS priority mail. If you prefer using a different shipping service, contact us prior to placing your order at shop@socius.design or via the chat function.

Certain lights are made to order, and the current production timeline will be communicated after placing your order. If you need any item rushed, or if you are interested in a bulk order, contact us at shop@socius.design or via the chat function.

All paint, wall paper, cork wall coverings, and certain lighting fixtures will ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Please allow additional processing and delivery time for these items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated on packing slip. To initiate a return, contact us at shop@socius.design or via the chat function. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be returned with original packaging and in original condition. If anything arrives damaged or broken and requires repair or replacement, or if original packaging is not intact, the cost of any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the return amount.

Items not eligible for return are paint, wall paper, wall coverings, blown glass lighting, vintage rugs, and items marked final sale.
